First we will make calls to our vast network of knowledgeable people, in the correct area of specialization, to obtain a candidate list that otherwise would not be found using the Internet. We will simultaneously search our database utilizing state of the art pairing software to identify any potential candidates in our well-developed pool. This will be followed by a thorough search using our vast access to Internet job banks. Utilizing the latest software evaluation technology programs available will enable us to quickly and accurately determine applicant skill levels in a myriad of fields. We will also create customized screening evaluation tools to provide the best staffing solutions for even the most challenging positions.
The prospective candidate list is contacted and screened with application testing to determine their interest and level of qualification for the position. From the results of this initial screening, only the most qualified candidates are chosen for an in-depth assessment.
We will thoroughly assess every qualified candidate, which consists of a 2 hour qualifying process, comprised of a psychographic test and an in-depth interview. Psychographic testing will enable you to determine if the candidate is the right ‘fit’ for your culture, not simply suitable on paper. The interview will incorporate questions on comprehension and core job skills to evaluate and validate a candidate’s knowledge and experience. The assessment tools provide information about an applicant’s ability in the following areas:

We check 1 reference that will be maintained in our database and 2 to 3 further references when an applicant is considered for an employment opportunity.
Once all final candidates have been interviewed and the top candidate has been selected, we will then employ this individual and take the appropriate measures to hand them over to you.
We will conduct follow-ups with you and the new employee in order to ensure both parties are 100% satisfied with the placement. It is important we receive your continual feedback on the job performance, job satisfaction and to determine if we have a successful match for both parties.
