Your application, resume and any other information collected through interviews or otherwise, will be held in strict confidence and may be viewed only by the Core Team Staffing recruiting team and Core Team Staffing client companies seeking to fill vacant positions for which you are suitable.

Core Team Staffing reserves the right to digitally record and transcribe all candidate interviews conducted in our offices. Any information digitally captured may be accessed only by the Core Team Staffing recruiting team and Core Team Staffing client companies seeking to fill vacant positions for which you are suitable.

Core Team Staffing may, as permitted by law, retain the information collected during your application process for up to 90 days. Should a suitable job vacancy arise in the future this will enable Core Team Staffing to contact you. If you wish to be removed from Core Team Staffing’s active database of candidates at any time during those 90 days, you may contact our office via e-mail. If you wish to renew your application with Core Team Staffing after the 90 day period, you may do so by contacting our office via e-mail with your request. At the end of the 90 day period, or any time prior at your request, your information will be disposed of in accordance with Canada’s Personal Information Protection and Electronic Documents Act.
